Service Description
Welcome to Studio Reiki, where we harness the healing energy of Reiki to nurture your mind, body, and spirit. Our compassionate practitioner guides your group on a transformative journey toward holistic wellness, helping to alleviate stress, enhance relaxation, and promote healing. Experience the profound benefits of Reiki, and discover your path to balance and vitality. Group sessions typically start with up to no more than four people so that the practitioner can focus on an individual person if called to do so. This also allows for a more productive question/answer period. At this time the client will need to provide the space for these sessions (home, conference room, church, etc.). I am working on acquiring a space in the future. Group sessions are great for any occasion including girls night, parties, corporate health and wellness gifts, senior living communities, yoga sessions, spa night, boosting business, and holistic expos, and conferences. Studio Reiki will not provide chairs, yoga mats, pillows, blankets, or other supplies. Please provide your own or ask participants to bring them to the session. Participants can either lay on the floor or sit in chairs for their own comfort and accessibility. Service radius is no more than 25 miles from Lexington, Virginia at this time.
Cancellation Policy
Booking, Cancellation & Waitlist Policy Booking Policy All sessions must be booked in advance through the online scheduling system or by contacting Studio Reiki directly. Full payment is required at the time of booking to hold your appointment. You will receive a confirmation email and a reminder prior to your session. Please ensure your contact information is accurate. By booking a session, you agree to all policies listed on this page. Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy To honor both your time and the practitioner’s time: Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance (you can change the timeframe—just tell me). Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in: Loss of deposit or full session fee. No-shows (missing your appointment with no notice) will be charged the full session amount. If you are running late, please notify Studio Reiki. Arrivals more than 10–15 minutes late may shorten your session out of respect for clients scheduled after you, while the full fee still applies. Illness Policy If you are experiencing fever, contagious illness, or symptoms of COVID-19, please reschedule. Fees for illness-related cancellations can be waived once per client at the practitioner’s discretion. Waitlist Policy If your preferred appointment time is unavailable, you may join the waitlist through the online scheduling system. Being on the waitlist does not guarantee an appointment, but you will automatically be notified if a time opens. Openings are filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Once notified, clients must confirm the appointment within a specified time window (you choose—commonly 2–4 hours) or the spot will be offered to the next person on the waitlist. Group Events, Workshops & Classes Due to limited space, all ticket purchases are final unless the event is canceled by Studio Reiki. If you cannot attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person by notifying Studio Reiki. For events requiring a minimum number of participants, Studio Reiki reserves the right to reschedule or cancel; you will be offered a full refund or credit if this occurs. Practitioner Cancellations If Studio Reiki must cancel or reschedule your appointment, you will be notified as soon as possible and given the option to rebook or receive a full refund of any payment made. Agreement By scheduling a session, you acknowledge that you have read, understood , and agree to these policies.
