Refund Policy

APPOINTMENTS:

Participants can cancel scheduled appointments for a full refund up to 12 hours before the scheduled appointment. Please notify Studio Reiki as soon as possible to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Future availability is not guaranteed.

Due to the nature of this work being energetic based there are no refunds during or after appointments. This work is highly subjective and open to interpretation and belief systems of the recipient. Everyone will experience Reiki differently.

Please take care to follow all aftercare instructions to insure the best results. More than one session may be needed to obtain the best outcomes.

PRODUCTS:

Studio Reiki does not allow for refunds unless the manufacturer of the product has failed to meet it's agreements such as a misprint, poor packaging practices resulting in internal damage, negligence, or damages to the product during shipping by the shipper.

If you have a product in this condition please take several pictures of the damaged product and the damaged packaging and send it to us.

If a replacement is deemed necessary and approved, it will take additional time to order and ship so your patience is appreciated. We will resolve this as quickly as possible.
