Look at what I made! One of the first things I realized was missing after Reiki was what to do after the session. Many practitioners don’t tell their clients what they’ll experience or how to move forward after the session to keep healing. This is where training in coaching is beneficial, but what if the client had an at home guide? That’s where this book/journal was born. Not just blank pages, but tangible guidance. I’m on my third and almost final version with the publisher. It won’t make me rich or anything, but that’s not my purpose here.
