Service Description
This is a plan that includes four separate sessions at a maximum of one hour each session. If you need more time please let your coach know. Save $50.00 by purchasing this package. An Online Spiritual Life Coaching session is a compassionate, supportive space where your healing, your pace, and your sense of safety come first. With my training in multiple energy healing modalities and empathic gifts, I guide you through your journey with sensitivity, awareness, and respect for the experiences that have shaped you. Every part of the session is collaborative, consent-based, and designed to help you reconnect with your inner wisdom while honoring your boundaries. During our time together, we gently explore what’s happening in your life—emotionally, energetically, and practically. We work with what feels safe for you to share, noticing patterns, beliefs, or protective responses that may be arising. Instead of pushing or forcing change, we create room for understanding, regulation, and empowered choice. You are always in control, and you are always free to pause, redirect, or take breaks whenever needed. Using intuitive guidance and energy awareness, we support your nervous system, help bring clarity to your experiences, and identify small, manageable shifts that can bring greater balance and peace. This process often includes grounding techniques, mindful reflection, and tools to help you stay present and regulated both during and after the session. You’ll leave feeling heard, supported, and gently empowered—with practical insights, energetic alignment, and resources to help you move forward in a way that feels safe, steady, and authentic to you. Every session is unique and guided by your needs, your healing journey, and your readiness in the moment. Please keep in mind that like any form of coaching, multiple sessions may be needed to maximize the benefits that come from these services. All healing takes time will likely not occur in just one session.
Cancellation Policy
Booking, Cancellation & Waitlist Policy Booking Policy All sessions must be booked in advance through the online scheduling system or by contacting Studio Reiki directly. Full payment is required at the time of booking to hold your appointment. You will receive a confirmation email and a reminder prior to your session. Please ensure your contact information is accurate. By booking a session, you agree to all policies listed on this page. Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy To honor both your time and the practitioner’s time: Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance (you can change the timeframe—just tell me). Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in: Loss of deposit or full session fee. No-shows (missing your appointment with no notice) will be charged the full session amount. If you are running late, please notify Studio Reiki. Arrivals more than 10–15 minutes late may shorten your session out of respect for clients scheduled after you, while the full fee still applies. Illness Policy If you are experiencing fever, contagious illness, or symptoms of COVID-19, please reschedule. Fees for illness-related cancellations can be waived once per client at the practitioner’s discretion. Waitlist Policy If your preferred appointment time is unavailable, you may join the waitlist through the online scheduling system. Being on the waitlist does not guarantee an appointment, but you will automatically be notified if a time opens. Openings are filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Once notified, clients must confirm the appointment within a specified time window (you choose—commonly 2–4 hours) or the spot will be offered to the next person on the waitlist. Group Events, Workshops & Classes Due to limited space, all ticket purchases are final unless the event is canceled by Studio Reiki. If you cannot attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person by notifying Studio Reiki. For events requiring a minimum number of participants, Studio Reiki reserves the right to reschedule or cancel; you will be offered a full refund or credit if this occurs. Practitioner Cancellations If Studio Reiki must cancel or reschedule your appointment, you will be notified as soon as possible and given the option to rebook or receive a full refund of any payment made. Agreement By scheduling a session, you acknowledge that you have read, understood , and agree to these policies.
