Meet Your Energy Worker

My name is Shelly, and I am an intuitive empath and natural healer, born and raised in Northern California and rooted in the beauty of Southwest Virginia for the past twenty-eight years. I hold a Bachelor’s degree from Radford University, and after many years in Roanoke, I’ve recently settled into the gorgeous Rockbridge County area I now joyfully call home.

I am a Reiki Master and Teacher, certified in Usui Reiki Ryoho, Ascension Reiki, Reiju Reiki, Emin Reiki, and Angelic Reiki. My practice is supported by additional training as a Certified Spiritual Life Coach and Certified Intuitive Energy Healer, allowing me to offer a holistic and deeply nurturing healing experience.

I never want to stop learning and honing my skills to help my clients, so I am also thrilled to be in the process of completing my training in hypnotherapy, kundalini reiki, and a certified trauma informed somatic life coach.

I live near the Blue Ridge Mountains with my husband, teenage son, and our beloved rescue animals. When I’m not holding space for clients, you’ll find me writing, walking the Chessie Trail, exploring the shops in downtown Lexington, continuing my spiritual studies, or working in my separate interior design business.
