Meet Your Energy Worker
My name is Shelly, and I am an intuitive empath and natural healer, born and raised in Northern California and rooted in the beauty of Southwest Virginia for the past twenty-eight years. I hold a Bachelor’s degree from Radford University, and after many years in Roanoke, I’ve recently settled into the gorgeous Rockbridge County area I now joyfully call home.
I am a Reiki Master and Teacher, certified in Usui Reiki Ryoho, Ascension Reiki, Reiju Reiki, Emin Reiki, and Angelic Reiki. My practice is supported by additional training as a Certified Spiritual Life Coach and Certified Intuitive Energy Healer, allowing me to offer a holistic and deeply nurturing healing experience.
I never want to stop learning and honing my skills to help my clients, so I am also thrilled to be in the process of completing my training in Integrated Energy Therapy. After that is integrated into the Studio I'll be starting classes in Hypnotherapy, Past Life Regression Therapy, and Akashic Records.
I live near the Blue Ridge Mountains with my husband, teenage son, and our beloved rescue animals. When I’m not holding space for clients, you’ll find me writing, walking the Chessie Trail, exploring the shops in downtown Lexington, continuing my spiritual studies, or working in my separate interior design business.
I invite you to sign up for blog updates and upcoming events, and I would love to hear what services you’d like to see offered. More ways to share your input will be coming soon. I’m honored to support you on your journey to healing and inner peace.

Post Reiki Session Guided Journal
First Journal Of Its Kind!
How do you make the most of the days after a Reiki session? After an energy work session many emotions and physical symptoms that were once buried or stuck may begin to surface. This is why I began working on this first of it's kind journal. Most journals are either blank or geared towards Reiki practitioners. Not the session recipient. While this journal has plenty of blank pages for your thoughts and feelings, I have included additional information on Reiki, the chakra's and how they show up in your body, journal prompts, a helpful Reiki session log, and when you should have another Reiki session.
